A “small c” conservative is merely a careful person who may move more slowly than others toward a similar goal. They also value the present enough to conserve the best parts of it. We discuss issues related to human impact on nature, including development, resource issues and land management. This includes preserving the climate, biological diversity and other natural mechanisms that ancient peoples have always known and which science continues to validate.
